After years of trying numerous trading systems and every technical indicator available, I was frustrated and about to quit trading. I decided to give it one more try, but this time develop my own trading system. After studying thousands of charts I discovered what occurred in the market over 60% of the time. I realized that the most effective and profitable trades were made using basic trading techniques. Having the odds in my favor and using solid money management principles, I started making consistent profits. What makes the system really work is knowing when and where to apply the rules. My system works in both trending and non-trending markets. It has been producing consistent profits for six years now. This year (2009) I started with $1,000 in a Forex Mini account at $1.00 a pip. How My System Works

I created my Trading System using basic trading principles I learned from years of trading. One day spent working on the NYSE Trading Floor with a relative taught me a lot about what the big traders and the commercials do. I discovered what works in the market. It is Previous Support and Resistance Levels and Volatility. Price always tries to return to a previous S/R level. How soon price gets to support and resistance levels is based on how fast the market is moving (high volatility, trending) or slow its moving (range bound, slow volatility). Volatility is based on many factors and is explained in my trading system. We gauge volatility using three Moving Averages.

As price reaches a S/R level, price will do one of three things, depending on the buyers and sellers and their level or fear, panic, or greed.

1) Pause, reverse, and go the opposite way. 2) Continue through the S/R area and move to the next S/R level. 3) Move into a range for a while, and eventually breakout in either direction.

Knowing this information we are prepared to take immediate action based on what current price is doing. My system uses patterns to enter the market. We use two indicators which tell us when to enter the market or when to stay out of the market. We manage our trades with proven money and trade management rules. The system works in trending and non-trending markets by monitoring price action. We trade the EUR/USD from midnight to noon (eastern time, -5:00 GMT) The sessions are divided into the EUR session (00:00 to 6:00am) and the USD session (6:00-12:00pm). You can trade as little as four hours a day and be profitable. After mentoring is over the system works well on any pair you wish to trade. An advanced trading course is included but should be read only after understanding the main course first.
